We require every client to abide by these terms and conditions before commencing the service. Any service coordination with us will be considered as the client’s approval for these terms.

Service scope

Journal Publishers UK offers an academic publication support service, which includes research paper assistance, editing, formatting, journal selection, peer review assistance, submission support and post submission help. We do not guarantee publication success as the final decision is made by the journal’s editorial team.

Definitions

• Clients/client refers to any individual, organisation or group hiring our services.

Originality and academic integrity

All clients are required to provide us with completely unique, original and plagiarism free research content. We are strict against plagiarism and do not promote or participate in it.

Payment and refunds

All services are required to be paid for in advance. No service will be offered without payment approval unless an adjustment has been made. All payments must be made using the approved online payment processors as mentioned on our website. We will not process the service in case of payment delay or decline.

• We offer refunds, but only under certain conditions and where the service has actually failed to deliver the required services.
• We offer a refund if the service delays your order beyond the agreed-upon timeline without any fault on your end.

All refund requests must reach the service within a maximum of three days’ post service completion, as we will cater for no requests beyond that timeline. All requests must be submitted with proof. Our quality assurance committee will review it and then decide on the refund eligibility.

Order cancellation

You can only cancel the order if our team has not started working on it. In case our professional has started the work and you still cancel it, then we are not liable for a complete refund.

Turnaround time

Delivery time of the order or service completion timeline is decided mutually before the service commencement. Any lack of coordination or late responses from the client side will result in service delay.

Client responsibility

Clients are required to provide complete and accurate information related to their research work and publication requirements. Any delays caused by incomplete data or changes in requirements will not be the responsibility of the service.
